Our delightful and secluded self catering holiday cottages in Devon are full of character and include a Grade II Listed 16th Century farmhouse, barn conversions, and an eco lodge with excellent disabled access. West Pitt Farm Fishery has four spring fed lakes stocked with a wide variety of quality fish including carp, tench, roach, rudd, bream, chub, perch and golden orfe. Fishing at the Farmyard Pond is for our cottage guests’ private use. Guests who have not fished before and keen to try – we will be happy to arrange a lesson and for the loan of equipment.

Our nearest Seaside, Beaches and Exeter City are 18 miles away with many other attractions even closer. The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are both possible within the day. The three acre site is a perfect base for fishing, cycling, walking and bird watching.

The lakes are easily accessible but for those who require it an ATV can ferry you and your fishing gear to the lakeside.
