Our delightful and secluded self catering holiday cottages in Devon are full of character and include a Grade II Listed 16th Century farmhouse, barn conversions, and an eco lodge with excellent disabled access. West Pitt Farm Fishery has four spring fed lakes stocked with a wide variety of quality fish including carp, tench, roach, rudd, bream, chub, perch and golden orfe. Fishing at the Farmyard Pond is for our cottage guests’ private use. Guests who have not fished before and keen to try – we will be happy to arrange a lesson and for the loan of equipment.

Wagland farm cottages offer exclusive self catering holiday accommodation to anglers with exceptional quality carp & coarse fishing. The cottages are beautifully converted stone barns well equipped with modern technology and finished to a high standard. The 1.5 acres lake has 2 islands, with 8 widely spaced comfortable swims, each offering very different depths, features and bottom conditions. Carp to double figures, Rudd to 3lb plus and an abundance of silver fish providing great practice and almost guaranteed action for experienced anglers or those new to fishing.

If you are looking for a fishing holiday in Devon look no further. Malston Mill Farm offers a choice of 4 star, fully fitted, comfortable and clean self catering cottages beside beautiful gardens and private fishing lake. Leisure facilities include indoor and outdoor (heated) swimming pool, games room, exercise room etc. and of course our  well stocked one acre Lake. The lake contains many carp between 3lb and 5lb, tench, rudd and large specimen Carp of 30lbs for the big carp angler and huge Trout for the fly fisherman. A Fishing Licence is included for your stay.

We are a family owned fishery offering a relaxing and peaceful holiday nestled within the Blackdown Hills. Our nearest Seaside, Beaches and Exeter City are 18 miles away with many other attractions even closer. The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are both possible within the day. The three acre site is a perfect base for fishing, cycling, walking and bird watching.
