A central Essex Angling Club with 6
venues (8 waters) in the Danbury,
Chelmsford and Maldon area. Suitable for
the Match, Carp and Pleasure angler.
Colchester Angling Preservation Society,
or CAPS as we are known, have been
providing angling in Essex since 1921 and
have a membership of over 2050. We have
15 stillwaters plus in excess of 8
miles of rivers. Our waters contain Carp
to over 40lb, Tench to over 12lb, Chub
over 6lb and Cats over 50lb, along with a
good head of Pike, Roach, Bream, and
other silver fish. Night fishing is
allowed on most of our venues.
Kelvedon and District Angling Association.
KDAA is a friendly angling club that
provides some of the best uncrowded
fishing in Essex for pleasure, specimen
and match fishing. We have nine still
waters that are open all year round and
over seven miles of fishing on three
rivers. Night fishing is allowed on three
of the still waters.
Maldon Angling Society (MAS) was
established in 1895 and currently has 15
stillwaters and 15 miles of river and
canal catering for both the specimen
hunter, matchman and pleasure angler
alike. Night fishing is permitted
on a number of our ’speciman’ waters and
we also hold regular matches for those
who enjoy competing against each other as
well as trying to outwit the fish!
The Park's Angling Club currently
control the fishing on the only two lakes
situated wholly within the Borough of
Southend on Sea. Both lakes are sited
within the confines of public parks and
are fishable on a day ticket basis. Night fishing is not
allowed on either lake and the traditional
close season applies.

river fishing, Chelmsford angling
association offer quite simply some of
the best fishing in essex.
Andover Angling Club control two lakes - Foxcotte in Charlton and Anton Lake in the Nature reserve. Mirror and common carp up to 27lb, crucians up to 3lb, pike up to 25lb, perch to around 2lb, a good head of roach to 2lb, a smaller number of bream and tench and there are also eels. Memberships and day tickets are available
Eastleigh & District Angling Club If your looking for match fishing, specimen fishing, or just fishing for pleasure our 15 venues offer a range of coarse angling on a river or lake. We have improved some pegs to allow disabled access and we have
our own club coach who runs a juniors club as well as offering support to beginners of all age groups.
Ringwood & District Angling Association has been in existence for over 50 years and has grown steadily from its humble beginning after the second world war. The club has access to almost 13 miles of the legendary Hampshire Avon including The Royalty, Severals and Ibsley, plus more than 20 miles of the Dorset Stour including the outstanding Throop fishery, plus a choice of magnificent
still waters including one of the top tench venues in the country.
Chippenham Angling Club was Established in 1894 and has grown to be one of the largest clubs in North Wiltshire. Members are able to fish some of the best stretches of the Bristol Avon including some excellent Barbel fishing. The club also controls two lakes suitable for all types of Angler, offering some excellent pole fishing for Carp, Tench, Roach, Rudd and Perch. Match angler or
pleasure fisherman, our waters have something to offer.
Knowle (Bristol) Angling Association Established in 1923. Good sporting fish south of Bristol. Brown and Rainbow trout fishing on both still waters and rivers. Three lakes and a reservoir fly only. Five miles of river fishing on the Yeo, Wellow and Chew. (Upper Chew and the Wellow are both fly only) We allow a 1 fish limit at Ackers, Publow and Taylor's Lake. We allow a 2 fish limit at Chew
Magna Reservoir, Upper Chew, Lower Chew and the Yeo. We also now allow 2 flies (Dries, nymphs or wet flies only) on a cast at Ackers, Publow and Taylor's Lake.
Taunton Angling Association was founded around 1948. Whether you're interested in match fishing, carp fishing or pike fishing, we have a venue to suit your needs. We boast some of the best fishing in the South west of England which includes 6 miles of the Bridgwater and Taunton Canal which has been known to produce large nets of Bream and some very large specimen carp and pike.
Pleasure nets to 40lbs are not uncommon.
The Nottingham Anglers Association are one of the largest Fishing Clubs in the Midlands with a membership in excess of 3000 anglers. We offer members a wide variety of angling on Rivers, Canals, Gravel Pits, Lakes and Ponds. Some of our waters are ideally suited to Anglers with disibilities with good access and parking close to very flat banks and purpose built wheelchair friendly

The Weymouth Angling Society has endeavoured to bring about and facilitate a high standard of fishing and fishing competitions. With Weymouth’s unique natural surroundings, which include, Chesil Beach, Portland Harbour, Portland Harbour Breakwater, Weymouth Beach, The Stone Pier, The Pleasure Pier, Weymouth Inner and Outer Harbour, bring about a utopia of fine fishing
facilities. Just add to these the prime fishing marks on The Isle of Portland including Portland Bill, Red Crane, Cheyne, Church Ope Cove, Chesil Cove as well as a multitude of cliff and rock fishing points make the area one of the finest in the U.K.
Chorley Kingfishers - we are a small, friendly match fishing club based in Chorley, Lancashire in North West England. The club has has a long history and been running for over 40 years. The main purpose is to enjoy the fishing and have some fun and friendly banter along the way.
Cranbrook & District Angling Club was formed in 1951 by a group of forward thinking gentlemen who wanted to provide good quality, local angling for the people of Cranbrook and surrounding areas. The Club has grown over the years into what it is today, an Angling Club with 500+ members and a wide variety of waters. It includes a thriving Freshwater Match Section, a Junior Match
Section and not forgetting a large group of anglers who purely fish for pleasure.
Durham City Angling Club, one of the regions fastest growing clubs, has waters to satisfy the needs of all freshwater anglers’ from salmon/sea trout and specimen/specialist coarse fishing on the river Wear to Stillwater coarse/match fishing on its four lake stillwater complex at Brasside...and all for the same very affordable YEARLY membership fee, amounting to little more than the cost
of half a dozen ‘commercial water’ day tickets. Plus your kids under 16 and wife/partner fish for free.
Barnet & District Angling Club founded in 1933. We are affiliated to the London Anglers Association, the Lee Anglers Consortium, and the Ivel Protection Association. This means that in addition to our own waters, Barnet members can take advantage of the many fisheries controlled by those associations. We also have an arrangement with Tring Anglers whereby members of each club can fish the other's
waters on their own club ticket. This gives B.A.D.A.C. members access to several more miles of canal fishing, as well as excellent river fishing and numerous lakes.
