Welcome to Malston Mill Farm.
I am
Linda Gresham, my husband Tony and I found this beautiful, peaceful
South Devon location almost 25 years ago and have since endeavoured
to create a venue to which all our guests, whatever their age, can
come and enjoy something truly wonderful.
If you are looking for a fishing holiday, family holiday or romantic break,
look no further.
Malston Mill Farm not only provides beautiful, cosy, comfortable and
clean self catering accommodation but impressive leisure facilities,
stunning gardens and private fishing lake.
Malston Mill Farm offers a range of 4 Star graded, Visit Britain
self catering holiday cottages beside a lake and beautiful
landscaped gardens amid the gently rolling hills of South Devon.
With a wide range of beaches and ancient towns such as Kingsbridge,

Facilities:
Each cottage has a fully fitted kitchen including microwave,
electric cooker and hob, fridge
with small freezer compartment, iron,
plenty of pots and pans, cutlery, china and
glassware. Necessities such as tea-towels,
washing-up liquid, J-cloth, toilet rolls provided.
Log fires are available in Riverside Cottage, Dairy Cottage and
Waterfall Cottage. Log
burners in Mill Cottage and Lakeside
Cottage. Courtyard Cottage has an electric log burner
effect fire.
Cots are available in Mill Cottage, Riverside Cottage and Waterfall
Cottage please bring
your own cot bedding.
There is an on-site laundry with a washing machine available free of
charge and a tumble
drier charged at £1 per load.
TV digital freeview and DVD player.
Towels, linen and duvets.
Communal freezer for your frozen foods.
Pay phone on site.
Pets regrettable are not allowed.

Infra red sauna to relax in
Games area with skittles, table tennis, darts, air hockey, table
football.
There is a soft play area for the under 5s which is fenced off, with
a gate, from the main games area.
A snooker/pool room with its western saloon theme, complete with
veranda and rocking chairs, here you can borrow videos, dvds,
books from the library or have fun with the Board
games.
The Outdoor Facilities Include
Outdoor Hot Tub(100F Degrees !) OPEN ALL YEAR
Outdoor Heated Swimming Pool approximately 50ft x 25ft. Open May to
end of September
Tennis - The en-tou-cas all-weather court is available for use free
of charge. Tennis rackets and balls are available.
Outdoor play area with swings, rope swing, slide, climbing frame and
lookout tower.

Paignton Zoo
Registered education and scientific charity dedicated to conserving
global wildlife heritage. See hundreds of animals and plants from
around the world. It's a great day out and a chance to find out
about conservation and the world's endangered species.
Woodlands Adventure Park
Woodlands has sixty acres of rides and action offering a full day of
variety for all the family. 3 Watercoasters, Toboggan Run and Arctic
Gliders. 14 Playzones and an ocean of undercover play. Stay and Play
- check out the award winning Caravan and Camping Park.
National Marine Aquarium

at Malston Mill Farm holiday cottages fish the lake for free.
Malston Mill Farm fishing venue is a well stocked one acre
lake set in beautiful landscaped gardens with fishing available for
all the family.
We know that not everyone in the family will be
fishermen / ladies, so while the keen anglers sit by the lake
catching the fish the rest of the family or friends can entertain
themselves using our other exceptional facilities. These include:-
our snooker - pool room with its western saloon, outdoor play area
with swings, rope swing, slide, climbing frame and lookout tower. |

 Whether
you are a novice or expert, coarse fisherman, trout fisherman, carp
angler or specimen angler, our fishing lake will suit you. The lake
is stocked with large specimen Carp (record 30lbs!), many carp
between 3lb and 5lb, Tench and Rudd. with some huge Trout for the
fly fisherman.
Fishing at Malston Mill fishing lake is free and
exclusive to guests staying in our cottages and a general fishing
rod licence to fish the lake is included with our compliments..
Most fishermen are delighted with their catch during
their visit. Some find it easy, others struggle. How skilful are
you?
Tip: The fish love bread, boilies, sweetcorn and chum mixers.
Keep nets are not allowed (we look after our fish)
and we suggest you consider using 9lb breaking strain fishing line.
If you need any fishing tackle the Angling Centre in Chillington is
only a matter of minutes away.
Short Breaks - 3 and 4 day short fishing breaks are available. All
enquires are welcome.
A wide range of other fishing options, including sea angling, is
available in the area.
