Fishery Information:

'AN AMAZING PUDDLE OF WATER' that's how most of our anglers explain their fishing experience at Oakwood Park Lakes. With a number of Catfish at 100LB plus and Carp approaching 45LB this is definitely not a fishing lake to be sniffed at.

Situated among 33 acres of remote woodlands on the outskirts of Hockwold village in Norfolk, Oakwood Park Predator Lakes offers you the chance to experience fishing adventures of a lifetime.

It is our aim to offer all fishermen the opportunity to fish in an unpopulated fishery and enjoy and relish every moment in this tranquil and rural part of Norfolk.

The first of our lakes is a carp lake approximately 1 acre in size and contains carp approaching 25lb. This lake can be fished day or night on a day ticket but please ring before you come.
Our main lake is the predator lake and this is approximately 4.5 acres in size, with fish ranging from carp to 35lb plus and 120lb plus catfish. All anglers must book before coming as we do get very busy in the spring and summer months.
Although the lake is full during these months we only allow a maximum of 12 anglers on the predator lake at any one time. You can only fish this lake in 24 hour sessions from March to November and as I said earlier, this is a booking only lake, so to save disappointment it is best to book sooner rather than later.
If you have a date in mind, bookings are also done in time slots 6am,12pm or 6pm and swims are on a first come first serve basis.

As well as the cats that go to 100LB plus the predator lake is renowned for its good stock levels of cats going from 20LB to 90LB.
As the rules state you are allowed two rods so why not set one up for some of our tremendous carp, we have a number of different species common, mirror, ghost, grass and even a koi approaching 25LB.
