The
Stable Yard is located on a working farm which is owned and run by
three generations of The Thomas Family.
The accommodation is maintained to the highest standards and offered
by Simon & Gabi Thomas who's aims are to provide a unique style of
accommodation, catering for people who find themselves working or
visiting the Bedford and Milton Keynes area. We offer English Tourist
Board rated 4 star accommodation with full self-catering facilities,
in a picturesque rural environment, but close to local road networks.
We provide luxury self-catering accommodation in a range of apartments
suitable for business travellers, those seeking holiday accommodation
or weekend breaks.
Located on a working farm in the quiet village of Wootton Green, The
Stable Yard offers the luxuries of a Hotel with the flexibility and
tariffs of self- catering, allowing you to relax and unwind from a
busy day at work, or whilst enjoying a holiday or short break. Our
apartments have been sympathetically converted from a former coach
house, with many of the original features remaining. The décor is
contemporary and stylish and the apartments have all of the
conveniences of modern living. Unlike many self-catering properties,
it is possible to stay at The Stable Yard from 1 night (subject to
time of year) to several months.
 We
have 8 apartments in total making this a perfect getaway for a group
of family or friends.

There is a pub within walking distance and if you feel like a night
off from cooking, there is a good selection of pubs and restaurants in
the surrounding area. Or simply relax in your luxury accommodation and
make use of the local fast food delivery options also available.
We are located just off J13 of the M1 between Bedford and Milton
Keynes. We have easy access to Cranfield, Bedford, Milton Keynes,
Ampthill, Brogborough, Kempston, Woburn, and Stagsden. Approx 2 miles
from the A421 and 45 minutes from London via Thames Link. Milton
Keynes offers the Xscape Centre, shopping in Central Milton Keynes and
the Milton Keynes Theatre.

home!
The Stable Yard currently offers 8 individually designed self-catering
apartments. Of these, 4 are located in the converted former coach
house and have been sympathetically restored to retain many of the
original beams and features.
A further 4 apartments were completed in Nov 05 and these are more of
a contemporary design - more modern in style, but all finished to the
same high specification.
The accommodation comprises both double and twin bedded apartments.
Extra guest beds are available at no extra charge (subject to
availability).
Please note: Epsom and Aintree have an adjoining door to make the
accommodation suitable for a family or group of 4 people.
Each apartment sleeps 2 people in either double bedded accommodation
or twin beds, however extra guest beds are available at a small charge
(subject to availability) to allow a 3rd person to share an apartment.
Maximum occupancy for each apartment is 3 people (unless 4th is an
infant in a travel cot.
Two of the apartments have adjoining facilities making this
accommodation suitable for a group or family of 4 people. The Stable
Yard has 4 ETC stars and is well equipped with all the conveniences of
modern living. Traditional style has been combined with contemporary
furnishings to provide tasteful accommodation with some thoughtful
touches to make you feel at home.
Each apartment has an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, Digital TV
and DVD player.
Bathrooms all have baths and power showers and the living
accommodation has modern comfortable seating and dining areas.
For those wanting to work from the apartment or keep in contact with
the outside world, there is free access to BT Broadband in each
apartment.
Outside the apartments there is ample parking and patio furniture for
you to sit on warm sunny days and enjoy being in rural surroundings or
to eat al fresco, making this the perfect environment to relax and
unwind after a busy day.
Although we welcome families and children of all ages, this is a
working farm and as such children need to be supervised at all times.
All of our apartments are non-smoking.

2 nights £55 inc VAT per apartment per night
3 to 6 nights £50 inc VAT per apartment per night
7 or more nights £300 inc VAT per apartment per week
