Welcome to Canal Farm Cottages
Our self catering accommodations in Lincolnshire consist of three 4 star cottages with one cottage assessed suitable for guests with limited mobility.
Perfect for sea anglers and coarse fishermen. Plus with trout fishing available in the area ideal for the game fisherman.
Included with the accommodation is exclusive free fishing in our well stocked private lake for mirror carp, common carp, crucian carp, bream, roach, rudd, barbel and tench.
We also have the fishing rights to half a mile of fishing of the Louth Navigational Canal, home to some good pike which borders our property .
Pets are welcome so no need to leave them with friends or book kennels, bring your pet with you on a fishing holiday

Barn Owl Cottage has been sympathetically converted from a traditional Lincolnshire red brick and pantile barn with many of the original features retained.
Situated on the bank of the Louth Navigation Canal, Barn Owl is the largest cottage and can comfortably accommodate a family of 4 or 5. Ample secure free parking next to cottage.
The holiday accommodation comprises of a well equipped galley kitchen and spacious comfortable open plan dining and lounge area and a roomy ground floor bathroom with a bath and a shower.
A spiral staircase leads up to a double bedroom on the mezzanine, with a separate area on which a single bed can be made up. Along the passage there is a large twin bedroom with a view over the Lincolnshire Wolds.

Home to some 3000 Grey seals at certain times of the year.
In 2008 more than 1000 pups were born.

Stocked with a variety of coarse fish including common, mirror and crucian carp, bream, roach, rudd, barbel and tench.
Canal Farm Cottages offer anglers a mature on site fishing lake with fishing hut and no day tickets. All fishing is exclusive and free to our guests and is only 200 metres from the cottages
The Canal offers good Perch, Roach and Rudd fishing but is subject to the closed season
Fishing in the area

Sea fishing for shore anglers can be found along the Lincolnshire coast and Charter boats out of Grimsby offer good sea fishing.
For river anglers the river Witham and river Bain are only 30 minutes away wth the Bain noted for big chub.
For a change of venue there are numerous day ticket waters around Louth and in the local area for both coarse fishing and trout fishing.
Bardney, Kirkstead and Tattershall areas of the Witham are noted for good fishing for bream and roach.
