Cape Coral is a fabulous family fishing area in Florida with fishing just minutes away from Sea Shells Villa.
Most of the main river and inter costal shore lines are lined with mangrove.
This is where most of the redfish, snook and snapper hang out, along with the trout on the flats.
There are many areas for fishing and some large fish can be caught such as Goliath Grouper 300lbs +

The villa has it's own private dock that you can fish off and a patio area overlooking the pool which is a great place to relax.
It has plenty of patio furniture, sun loungers and also a gas BBQ. The rear of the property is South facing so you can enjoy the sun all day long
Near to Tarpon Point marina, just minutes from the shops and 8 minutes by boat to the harbour for waterfront restaurants, fishing and access to the Gulf beaches of Fort Myers and local islands.

Accommodation
The kitchen is complete with oven range, microwave, large fridge freezer with ice maker, dishwasher and all necessary utensils and crockery.
The villa has three double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed with en suite bathroom, comprising of walk in shower, basin and WC
There are two further double rooms one with a queen size bed and one with twin beds and a further bathroom with a bath, shower, basin and WC.
The property is fully air conditioned and there are also ceiling fans in every room as well as over the patio area
The pool is 25ft x 10ft with a depth of 3ft to 7ft and solar heated with the option of having it electrically heated
The pool and deck area is covered and has 2 patio tables with 8 chairs and 4 recliner chairs.
As the large pool and deck is south facing it is ideal for laying on one of the sun loungers and topping up your sun tan.
It is also the place to relax in the evenings after the long days fishing on the boat or after one of the famous shopping trips that can be exhausting.

Inculed free with Villa Sea Shells rental is a Nautic Star 23ft boat powered by a Suzuki 200hp four stroke engine.
The cost of renting a boat in Cape Coral is around $400 a day, this is what makes Coral Villa a bargain as the boat is included in your weekly rental.
Full boat instruction will be given to ensure that you are confident in operating the boat and know where to fuel up and how to navigate the waters safely and confidently.
The boat comes equipped with safety gear, GPS and fishing essentials, making it ideal for exploring nearby waters with sail boat access.
