A superb location for a short break or family holiday. Dairy House Farm can offer the benefit of 3 coarse and carp fishing lakes and superb self catering accommodation all within a few metres of one another.
As well as our cottages we aslo have houses and apartment accommodations with all the comforts of home
Dairy House Farm is set within Blackmore Vale in an area of outstanding natural beauty and nestles underneath Bullbarrow Hill, the second highest point in Dorset.
The three coarse fishing lakes span 4 acres. Park Lake, containing mainly carp, mirror and common from 3lb up to 17lb. Oak Lake is the specimen lake and contains carp from 14lb up to 30lb+ with several uncaught fish and Alder Lake is the silver fish lake and contains tench, bream, rudd, crucian carp, roach and chub.

The Stable accommodation sleeps up to 4 people in two bedrooms, one double and one twin bedroom. There is a shower room leading off from the bedrooms and both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and under floor heating.

The Lodge is a single storey barn conversion with one double and one twin bedroom sleeping up to 4 people. The Lodge also has large doorways making it suitable for less abled persons.

We had a brilliant time. I enjoyed fishing with my son while my daughter and wife enjoyed the pool which was almost next to our suite. The lakes were lovely and peaceful and we caught some big fish, which pleased my son. We have already booked for next year!
Fishing at Dairy House Farm consists of 3 lakes Park Lake, Oak Lake and Alder Lake
Day tickets for non residents can be purchased onsite.
The lakes can be fished dawn until dusk, 365 days a year.

Park Lake is home to mainly mirror and common carp up to 17lb.
The fish in this lake respond well to regular feeding and heavy feeding of pellet fished with method mixes has scored particularly well

Alder Lake
Bait is available as well as a drying room.
Oak Lake is the specimen lake, home to carp from 14lb up to 30lb plus with several fish yet uncaught.
The conservative use of pellet and boilies is a particularly successful method, with fish often being caught from marginal feeding areas. Spicy Krill boilies available to purchase on site.

There is plenty of hard standing for cars close to the lakes which are only a short walk from the accommodation.
